- The National Naval Medical Center(NNMC) Aquisition Department, Bethesda, MD on behalf of the Cardiac Cath Lab intends to award a sole source procurement to MAQUET CARDIOVASCUALR US SALES, LLC for INTRA-AORTIC BALLOONS (URGENT REQUIREMENT). The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intnds to solicit and negotiate with only once source under authority of FAR 6.302, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisgy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for cometitive bids. A determation by the Government vot to compete this procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Award will be made using SAP.
