- Appendix C Broad Agency Announcement - BAA-2010-1 -- Amendement 01 The purpose of this amendment is to add cost proposal format and preparation instructions that were inadvertently omitted during the initial posting of the BAA. Accordingly, the BAA is amended as follows: 1. Page iii of the "Contents" section of the BAA is modified to include a reference to "Appendix C - Cost Proposal Format and Preparation Instructions"; and 2. A copy of the attached Appendix C is hereby incorporated as a part of the BAA. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE BAA REMAIN UNCHANGED
