- Amendment 0001 corrects Statement of Work (SOW) on page 3 of 31 to Read: Header to read 'Diesel Fuel #1'; Paragraph 2,'estimated 12,000 gallons'; paragraph 5, Period of Performance is 'April 9-22' and first delivery date is 'April 9'; Paragraph 6, 'If more than 12,000 gallons'. Please note that work is to be performed at Camp Ravenna, Route 5, Ravenna, OH. Note that vendor is to 'Top-Load' fuel into government Hemmets at location identified in SOW paragraph 4. Solicitation is not extended. Vendor should read all pages of the solicitation and incorporate corrections.
