- This solicitation is being cancelled and will be readvertised under solicitation number W5J9LE-11-B-0001. The work involved for this project is not changing; however, the evaluation method used by the Government to award will be changed from a Request for Proposal (RFP) using Best Value/Trade Off to an Invitation for Bid (IFB). In addition, contractors shall be required to provide a bid bond with their bid and to obtain performance and payment bonds to perform the work.
