- Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Newport, RI intends to award firm fixed price contract for the manufacture of Virginia Class Submarine External Countermeasure Launcher Breech Extension Guide in accordance with NAVSEA Drawing 7383856 Rev A and associated drawing. Quantity is one (1) unit with an option for one (1) additional unit. The drawings will NOT be posted on our web site. You must be Joint Certification Program (JCP) registered to obtain the drawings. Email your request to Nancy Howard at nancy.s.howard@navy.mil citing RFP N66604-11-R-1621 with your JCP number and cage code. Delivery is F.O.B. Destination, Naval Undersea Systems Command Detachment Pearl Harbor, 1430 Morton St., Bldg 619, Pearl Harbor, HI 96860-4664. Estimated delivery is required 12 months after contract award. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. NAICS CODE 333611. Estimated RFP release date is April 15, 2011. Submittal of a technical proposal is required.
