- This pre-solicitation notice is for Mowing services at Saugerties USARC, 1001 Kings Highway, Saugerties, NY. The award will be a fixed price contract with a one-year base period and two one-year option periods. Target start date is 1 Jun 11. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services, and materials, except as specified as Government-furnished, for the grounds maintenance services identified in the Performance Work Statement (which will be available in the solicitation). Services include, but are not limited to, Mowing on an as-needed basis and removal of clippings. The number of cuttings is estimated at two per month. This acquisition is unrestricted with a primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 561730, size standard of $7 Million. The solicitation will be posted on or about 5 Apr 11 via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil. The due date will be stated in the solicitation. PLEASE NOTE THE DUE DATE NOTED IN THIS NOTICE IS FOR ARCHIVE PURPOSES ONLY. THE QUOTE DUE DATE WILL BE LISTED IN THE SOLICITATION. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-50. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number and register in the Central Contractor Register (CCR) in order to transact business with the government. Failure to obtain a DUNS number and register in the CCR may result in the delay of award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror who is registered in the CCR at the time of award.
