- INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) has a requirement to procure 200 each Air Conditioner kits, PN: RD-2-5085-0P. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price requirements-type contract with one (1) base year and one (1) option year. This requirement will be negotiated on a sole-source basis, solicitation number W911N2-11-R-0037, with WW Williams, 25 North Drive, Acworth, GA 30102, Cage Code 43R94. The solicitation will be issued O/A 8 April 2011 and close O/A 29 April 2011. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. This synopsis shall not bind the Government and is for information purposes only. CBDNet Numbered Note 22 applies.
