The Contracting Officer: Janice Richardson, 804-279-6336. DSCR does not currently have an approved Technical Data Package available for this NSN. Please don't submit your request to DSCR-VABA. Subject RFP is for a Firm Fixed proposal. The estimated issue date: April 22, 2011 with estimated closing date May 24, 2011. Subject item is non-commercial. Configuration Control applies.
