- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number is RFQ-2044268 and solicitation is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-50. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) is 511210 and the Standard Size is $25.0 million. The National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA), Office of Acquisitions Station Support Simplified Acquisitions on behalf of the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) seeks to procure AvePoint Software for SharePoint and its maintenance service. DocAve Initial Media Srvc also required, should be listed as a separate line item DocAve5 Migrator DocAve5 Migrator Usage License, for total 1 GB License MGB GBs of content to be migrated is 50 GBs. 50 GBs license is incl. under this ELA at no additional cost AvePoint MAINT Premier maintenance for DocAve 5 and other 1 PRM* AvePoint products as per Maintenance agreement. Incl.: 24/7 phone support, email support during Standard business hours, plus all patch/ upgrades; 8 hours of DocAve customization; Start date: license delivery date; Period: 12 months Training Training, installation, and configuration - 5 days AvePoint MAINT PRM* -- See above description -- For additional four (4) years Option Year 1: 2012 Option Year 2: 2013 Option Year 3: 2014 Option Year 4: 2015 Quotations must be good for 45 days after close of solicitation.
