- SOLICITATION GS-05P-11-SE-C-0012 is issued for the USAO SCIF Room Construction Project in the Minneaolis U.S. Federal Courthouse. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment,tools, materials and supervision necessary to perform work in strict accordance with the scope of work. All government contractors must be registered in CCR prior to receiving an award, as of October 1, 2003. You may access CCR at www.bpn.gov. In addition, as of January 1, 2005, all vendors are required to use the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) in federal solicitations as a part of the proposal submission process per the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
