- THE U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS, Pittsburgh District, has a requirement for a large volume of gravel (possibly 500-1000 ton) delivered on the Allegheny River by barges to Lock/Dam #3 (near New Kensington, Pennsylvania) on or about May 2, 2011. All eligible small businesses able to perform are invited to participate. Contractor Registration (www.ccr.gov) is required prior to contract award.
