- Description
- Roof replacement on the Visitor Center Building, Saylorville Lake Project. Work includes all labor, equipment and materials to complete the entire scope of work in a manner acceptable to the Government. The building consists of architectural asphalt type roofing materials. Existing roofing materials are to be removed down to the sheathing and properly disposed of off site. Number of layers to be removed in unknown. Condition of sheathing and fascia are unknown and some repairs should be expected. The roof is to be cleaned and properly prepared before installation of the new roofing materials. The building's total roofing materials to be removed and replaced are approximately 36 squares. This procurement is issued as a Total Small Business Set Aside. NAICS Code is 238160 with a Small Business Size Standard of $14 million. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to the FedBizOps website, www.fbo.gov, on or about April 1, 2011. Response date will be April 20, 2011. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and be actively registered at www.ccr.gov. Faxed quotes will not be accepted.
