This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W911W6-11-R-0042 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). Under this number, the Army Contracting Command (ACC) / Aviation Applied Technology Directorate (AATD) intends to award a firm fixed price contract. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-50. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code is 336413. The small business size standard is 1,000 employees. AATD intends to purchase seventy (70) UH-60 Aft Transition Access Door Jamb assemblies P/N 70217-85302-103 on a non-competitive basis under the authority of Section 4202 of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996. The intended source is Eagle Aviation Technologies, Inc. located at 3200 Magruder Blvd, Hampton, VA 23666. Delivery will be FOB destination to Fort Eustis, VA according to the following schedule: 10 ea - Sep 2011, 20 ea - Oct 2011, 20 ea - Nov 2011 and 20 ea - Dec 2011. The period of performance will be Sep 2011 - Dec 2011. Inspection and acceptance will occur at destination. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition without addenda. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items, Alternate I with their offer. Also in accordance with the clause, all prospective offerors must be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration prior to award.
