- Description
- This action is to add the DSS/CASI Servo Control Circuit Card Assembly and Power Supply Assembly CCA for the F-15E Flight Control Computer (FCC) to the DLA umbrella contract SPM400-06-D-9405. Items include the following: NSN 5998-01-304-3050FX P/N 478910-02-04 quantity range 2-11 each ; NSN 5998-01-304-3051FX P/N 478925-02-02 quantity range 2-11 each, NSN 6130-01-353-4659FX P/N 478905-03-01 quantity range 2-11 each. Delivery is 12 months ARO. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, BAE Johnson City NY, CAGE 89954, under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within thirty days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
