- This solicitation will contain one NSN for Buffers. This solicitation will be solicited for award of a firm fix price contract. There is one approved source of supply: Bell Helicopter (97499). The NSN and Quantity is as follows: NSN: 6350-01-539-1063; Quantity: 280 each. Delivery: FOB: Origin; Inspection/ /Acceptance: Origin; 248 days ARO. Part Number: 901-011-408-105. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are NOT available and can NOT be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
