- W91ZRS-11-T-0003 Solicitation for YRRP This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation Number is W91ZRS-11-T-0003, Request for Quote. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 721110; size standard is $30M. This acquisition is reserved for small business concerns. The Government anticipates award of a firm fixed price contact. The Air National Guard requires a venue to conduct its Yellow Ribbon Event to include audio visual needs, banquet facility, meals, and parking. The event is scheduled for Saturday, May 21, 2011 to be held in the Hartford, Connecticut area. The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and all other factors considered. The following Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and its supplements DFAR and AFAR provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition; 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration, 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -Commercial Items, 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, 52.232-33 Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer, 52.211-6 Name Brand or Equal Acceptable. The Government anticipates award of a firm fixed price contract. To receive an award of contract the offeror must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database which can be accessed at the website http://www.ccr.gov or call Assistance Center toll free at 1-888-227-2423. Interested offerors are required to submit their representations and certifications on-line at http://orca.bpn.gov. You will need your DUNS number and CCR number in order to register to the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) website. Offers shall be submitted and received no later than 10:00AM EST, 15 April 2011, to the Connecticut Air National Guard, Purchasing and Contracting Office, ATTN: Piper Masse, 100 Nicholson Rd, East Granby CT, 06026 or by E-mail Piper.Masse@ang.af.mil (however please confirm receipt of email if sent via this method).
