- This is a Sources Sought for the lease of two (2) bulk oxygen tanks at the Lebanon VA Medical Center, Lebanon PA. This is not a solicitation, nor does it guarantee a solicitation will be issued. This is a request to determine whether or not any businesses are capable of providing the tanks and the business status of interested parties. Work includes: Delivery and installation of the two (2) tanks, removal of tanks and monthly lease of tanks. The required tanks are one (1) MAIN TANK: 345,300CF/3,000gal tank and one (1) RESERVE TANK: 57,550CF/525gal. Provision of oxygen is NOT required through this requirement. This requirement will be for temporary use of the tanks only. The above general description of work does not in any way limit the responsibility of the Contractor to perform all work, plant, supervision, management, quality control, labor, tools, equipment, appliances and material and performance in strict accordance with the terms and conditions of the resultant contract. Qualified businesses should submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact not later than close of business (4:00 PM EST) on Tuesday 5 April 2011. Oral communications ARE NOT acceptable in response to this notice. Sources shall include in their information, a detailed capabilities statement, stating their experience within the past three years of same or similar work described in this notice, a point of contact with phone and e-mail information, business status, business size based under NAICS 332240 and a positive statement of interest to submit a proposal. Submission of any information in response to this sources sought notice is completely voluntary, and shall not constitute a fee to the Government.
