- Description
- MySQL Equipment List Solicitation for MySQL Software Maintenance Renewal for DISA CSD DISA/DITCO intends to issue a contract for a follow-on procurement effort to renew the expiring software licensing and maintenance support for MySQL software products for DISA Computing Services Logistics. Oracle has proprietary rights to the software code for the software products associated with this requirement. The period of performance will be the date of award through 30 September 2011. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304( c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Companies who can provide the above listed software maintenance renewal must complete the attached solicitation, HC1028-11-T-0209, and return it via email to betty.burris@disa.mil and lynn.buss@disa.mil. Responses are due by 10:00 A.M. (Central Time) on 6 April 2011. The resultant contract will be firm fixed price. All responsible sources may submit a proposal that will be considered. The NAICS code is 541519 for this procurement.
