- Pursuant to FAR Part 36, the Veterans Affairs Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) is establishing qualifications data for Architect-Engineer (AE) contractors interested in doing work in Iron Mountain, Michigan. The AE projects awarded under the short selection process will cost less than $150,000. There are no known projects at this time. We are updating our pool of qualified, interested AE firms so that as projects are identified and funding is available we are positioned to utilize the short selection process to relatively quickly and efficiently obtain AE services. This sources sought notice will be issued each year to annually update statement of qualifications and performance data. AE firms are welcome to submit and update information at any time. Note: there are some restrictions, NAICS codes 541310 and 541330 with a small business size standard of $4.5 million for eligibility. The GLAC at this time is not requiring SF330's; this source sought is for planning purposes. Additional information and request for SF330's will be posted under solicitation number VA-69D-11-RP-0382.
