- The Mission & Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Leonard Wood, on behalf of the Maneuver Support Battle Lab at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, 65473., intends to award a sole source contract, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) and FAR 6.302-1(a) (2) (iii), based on the fact that only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The intended source for the award (and incumbent) for this action is Telnet Labs, Incorporation, located at 406 Tree Road, South Setauket, NY 11720 Telnet Labs, Incorporation, and (hereafter Telnet Labs") will provide TSG Approved Telephones to Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, to support the agency. The date of delivery is 30 days after date of award. The anticipated award is a Firm Fixed Price contract. The place of delivery will be Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri at the Governments' site. This Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document or RFP for competitive proposals to follow and no phone calls will be accepted. The point of contact for this posting is Mr. Robert Meekie, Contract Specialist at robert.meekie@us.army.mil. Interested parties may express their interest and provide a Capability Statement to Mr. Robert Meekie via e-mail no later than 05 April 2011; 10:00 pm EST. A determination to compete or not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
