- This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is VA-244-11-RQ-0191 and it is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code is 541511 Successful offer will be the one that provides the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. The VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System has a requirement for the commodities listed below. All work will be performed at our facility located at University Drive C, Pittsburgh, PA 15240. All communication regarding quotes, questions, etc. shall be submitted by email to Jesse C Rumbel (Jesse.Rumbel@VA.Gov). Phone calls will not be accepted. Quotes are due by 12:00 PM, Eastern Time, on. Quotes shall be submitted by email. Please read the entire solicitation.
