- Description
- The VA Healthcare Network Upstate New York at Buffalo, NY has a requirement for Court Stenographic services that have qualifications, experience and expertise in providing quality court stenography services. The contractor shall provide on-site performance. A Tier 1 NACI background investigation will be required. The proposed contract period shall be for a base period, May 1, 2011 (or date of contract award) through April 30, 2012, with four (1) one-year option periods. The proposed contract will be a firm fixed-price contract. Contract performance is subject to award and availability of funds. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561492 and the size standard is $7.0 million. The solicitation will be available on or about March 31, 2011. Offerors who have the ability to provide these services shall submit a WRITTEN REQUEST ONLY for the solicitation package.
