- Cutting Edge Specifications Request for Quotation Description: (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number F3C3PV1073A001 is being issued as a request for quotation. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-48. (iv) This acquisition is 100 percent set aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333120 with a size standard not to exceed 750 Employees. (v) Contract line items are 0001 - 4 FT Carbide Straight Cutting Edge, 200 EA and 0002 - 6 FT Hardened Curved Grader Cutting Edge, 300 EA. See attached Request for Quotation and Specifications page. (vi) Description of requirements for items to be acquired - Snowplow cutting edges part numbers #6644-40100 (4ft carbide) and #345-609 (5/8x6x72). (vii) FOB: Destination. Place of delivery is 325 Bomber Blvd, Minot AFB, ND 58705. (viii) The provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
