- PR# W91Q7710730301 Special Notice - Sole Source # W91ZRS-11-Q-0017 R - Advertising Services NAICS: 541810 The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Connecticut intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to Live Nation Music Group Texas, INC. 2000 West Loop South STE 1300, Houston TX. 77027-3512; for a marketing and advertising campaign at the Comcast Theatre and Oakdale Theatre in Connecticut for the 2011 season. The campaign consists of on-premises signage, video and print content in support of the Connecticut Army National Guard. Live Nation Music Group Texas, INC. owns the advertising rights to these locations. In the absence of qualified sources, a contract will be awarded under the Other than Full and Open Competition procedures, pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Telephonic inquiries will not be accepted. This is not a request for competitive proposals. The decision not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must provide clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements. All qualified sources must respond in writing not later than 3:30 PM Eastern Standard Time, April 7th, 2011.
