- Description
- The requirement to provide Janitorial Services for the Department of Veterans Affairs WNY's Buffalo Day Treatment Center, a 15,000 square foot facility located at 2963 Main Street Buffalo, NY 14214. Period of Performance will be a base period of June 1, 2011 through May 31, 2012 with four (4) one year options. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service Disable, Veteran-Owned Small Business and the resulting contract will be subject to the Service Contract Act. Solicitation is expected to be issued April 06, 2011 and will be available electronically. All responses are due at close of business (4:30PM) April 20, 2011 or two weeks after the solicitation is issued, if later than April 6th. Offerors are required to submit a complete copy of the provision 52.212-3 - Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, direct responses to 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Items with their offer. No telephone requests will be accepted. A firm, fixed-price contract is anticipated.
