- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Government seeks a firm-fixed price contract for anticipated 5 deliveries of approximately 2400 gallons of Diesel Fuel #1 each delivery. Top-loaded into Heavy Equipment Military Tank Truck (HEMMT) on site. All deliveries to the same site upon 48 hour notice. Quantity of delivery and/or number of deliveries may vary based on usage. Vendors must hold current registration with the DoD Central Contractor Register (www.ccr.gov) at time of bid. See attached Request for Quote.
