- This anticipated contract is for the reclamation of the Boggs Landslide emergency project located in Yeaddiss, Leslie County, KY. Project Description: Mobilization of the Contractor's men, equipment and materials, excavation of the developed landslide material, waste disposal, and construction of a reinforced concrete rail pile wall with rock backfill, installation of drainage, restoration of all disturbed areas after work completion, revegetation, and the demobilization of men, equipment, remaining materials, and waste/trash removal. The estimated cost range is $65,000.00-$85,000.00. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition in 237990. The small business size standard is $33.5M. A PREBID CONFERENCE AND SITE VISIT WILL BE HELD ON 4/07/2011 @ 11:00 AM. POTENTIAL BIDDERS ARE TO MEET AT THE YEADDISS POST OFFICE ON RT. 699 AT YEADDISS, KY. Bids will be opened on Thursday, April 14, 2011 @ 3:00 PM. OSM located at 1405 Greenup Avenue, Room 224, Ashland, KY 41101.Electronic and/or faxed bids will not be accepted. Contractors doing business with the Government are required to have a DUNs number, register in the Central Contractor Registration at ccr.gov data base and complete on line representations and certifications at orca.bpn.gov.
