- Amendment A003 revises the Statement of Work to replace 'rigid metal conduit' with 'electrical metallic tubing' (EMT) ******** Amendment A003 posted 3/31/2011. This amendment revises the Statement of Work to replace "rigid metal conduit" with "electrical metallic tubing" (EMT). ******** ******** Amendment A002 posted 3/38/2011. See page 2 of the Amendment for details. ******** ********* Amendment A001 posted 3/15/2011. Site visit on March 22, 2011 is now mandatory. ********* ** 03/11/2011 - This modification is to add the Request for Quotes for the WFLHD Office Remodel. There will be an organized site visit on 03/22/2011 at 9:00 a.m. Quotations will be due to our office by 3:00 p.m. local time on April 11, 2011.** Western Federal Lands Highway Division, Vancouver, WA intends to convert a room in its building at 610 E. 5 th Street, Vancouver, WA into office space. The current room is a bare concrete floor, no ceiling, bare wall room. The room size is approximately 50' x 24'. The project includes relocating a beam support column, preparing the floor and room for finish, relocation of an existing door and wall, installing new walls, drop ceiling, electrical, data/communications, doors, interior windows, finish and painting, carpet, and misc office devices. The room has a working HVAC system installed and will require routing of air distribution to match the new office configuration. The finished room will include two 8' x 10' walled rooms and open space to accommodate nine movable partition offices. Solicitation for work on this project is anticipated to out in late January 2011 with work expected to begin in late February 2011. This project is expected to be completed in 60 days or less from notice to proceed.
