The Port Hueneme Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center (PHD NSWC), Port Hueneme, California, intends to procure four (4) 60HZ Manual Bypass Devices (part number 600-42530) in support of the AEGIS Cruisers and Destroyers Modernization Program on a sole source basis from Power Paragon, Inc., d/b/a Power System Group (PSG), 901 East Ball Road, Anaheim, California 92805-6916 under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) SPRMM1-10-G-0905. As the Design Agent and sole manufacturer of the Manual Bypass Device, Power Systems Group (PSG) owns and maintains the proprietary drawing packages, production capability, and design expertise.
