- This announcement is to provide additional site visit details and site information regarding the draft Makua Sample Task. Site Visit Details: The site visit on April 7, 2011 will begin at 9:00am (local time) with a briefing prior to going to the Makua Military Reservation (Makua). The briefing will be held at the Waianae Public Library. The address is 85-625 Farrington Hwy., Waianae, HI 96792. After that briefing is complete, we will go to Makua. After we are done at Makua, we will return to the Waianae Public Library for a Q&A session. Contractors are reminded that they are responsible for their own transportation for the site visit (reference the Notice issued March 18, 2011). Site Information: Attached please find a document with additional site-specific information.
