- The project consists of design and construction of a Afghan National Civil Order Police (ANCOP) compound for 475 personnel located in Gardez Paktya. The project consists of management, design, material, labor and equipment to design and construct and/or refurbish all utilities, roads, buildings, force protection measures, site security, and de-mining activities. The work within this contract shall meet and be constructed in accordance with current U.S. design criteria, International Building Codes (IBC), and Life Safety Code (NFPA-101) The magnitude is is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000 All work identified in the Scope of Work shall be completed within 650 days after notice to proceed.
