- NSN 5960-01-274-3899, Electron tube. IQC11074009029. This requirement is for a firm fixed price long term contract for a period of one base plus up to two optional years. The solicitation is issued under Other Than Full and Open Competition citing 10 USC 2304(c) 1. Current approved source is CPI, cage 06980 P/N Y-690AR-2. Inspection and acceptance and FOB are at Origin. Price break ranges are 10-49; 50-up. The requirement is not set aside for small business. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. The solicitation will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date of April 11, 2011.
