- Solicitation number, SPM4A6-11-R-1351, IQC11081009042, 5365-01-112-2950, Pin, Rotary Wing Head. Unit of issue is each. Solicitation is unrestricted, Other than Full and Open Competition. Weapons code is 40A and the end item is Helicopter Black Hawk, UH-60A. Non-Commercial and is Navy CSI. Export control applies. Configuration control applies. Approved sources of supply are McGill Aircraft Parts Inc. CAGE 31339 or Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation CAGE 78286, part number 70107-08406-113. Contractor First Article Test (FAT) applies. Critical application applies. In accordance with drawing number 78286 70107-08406. Surge and sustainment is not required. The solicitation will result in Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one year plus for (4) option years. The Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) for the base year and for each option year thereafter is 2,640 each. The guaranteed minimum quantity for the base year only is 660 each. The minimum delivery order quantity for the base year and option years is 660 each. The maximum delivery order quantity for the base year and each option year is 2,640 each. The maximum annual contract for the base year and each option year quantity is 5,280 each. The requested delivery is 136 days ARO with out FAT or 376 days if FAT is required. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Production CLIN is FOB Destination with inspection & acceptance at origin/origin for all stock locations within the Continental United States (CONUS).. FAT CLIN is FOB is Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at origin/destination. Clause L17C01 52.217-9002 "Conditions for evaluation & acceptance of offers for part numbered items" applies. Clause I46F37 52.246-9G36 applies for configuration control. Solicitation will issue on April 11, 2011 with a closing date of May 11, 2011.
