- Addendum KPML Acquisition Risk Questions LCM Past Performance Questionnaire SRS QASP PWS SF33 The FBI has a requirement to automate their language testing process, improve transparency of the process for language personnel applicants, and reduce the overall timeframe from initial application submission by language applicants to test result storage. This is a performance-based service acquisition and the FBI anticipates awarding a cost-plus fixed fee contract. There will be a one-year base period and a six-month option period. Questions are due to the Contracting Officer on April 8, 2011. Proposals are due on April 26, 2011, 2pm, Eastern Standard Time Telephone inquiries will not be accepted.
