- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, the Government intends to award a sole source contract for services to provide this requirement to Converged Resource Integrators (CRI), LLC of Alabama, 3648 Vann Rd Ste 108, Birmingham, AL 35235. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The associated NAICS code is 238210 and the small business size standard is $14Million. The small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program is not applicable. Requirement is as follows: provide and install a CS 1000M multi-group System, P/N FUS1327089, consisting of a 5520 48 Port POE switch, premium IP set license, 40 each 1140E IP phones, and all required licenses. Delivery is requested 30 April. Work will be performed at Bldg 5676 Chinook Dr, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898. The following provisions apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial. The offeror must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer. 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items. 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items. 252.232-7003 Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports. 252.212-7001 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). In accordance with FAR 5.207, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All submissions and any questions regarding this request must be submitted via email to: rhonda.m.reeves@us.army.mil by 31 March 2011, 12:00pm, CT. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Technical capability and price. Award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable offer.
