- Description
- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic (SPAWARYSCENATLANTIC) intends to award a single Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity(IDIQ) contract for Customer Support Center, Systems Administration andNetwork Security support for programs and projects managed or supported atthe SPAWARSYSCEN ATLANTIC's facility in New Orleans, LA (SPAWARSYSCENATLANTIC, NEW ORLEANS OFFICE). The contract resulting from the CustomerSupport Center, Systems Administration and Network Security Supportprocurement will cover functions such as: Help Desk support; Telephony; DataCenter Operations and Monitoring; Window Server, Unix Server and VMSSystems Administration support; and Network Security. The IDIQ contractresulting from this solicitation will include a one-year base ordering periodandtwo one-year options. The contract will have provisions for the issuance ofbothfirm fixed priced and cost plus fixed fee task orders. The Government intendsto have this contract awarded by the fall of 2011 in order for there to be asmooth transition from the incumbent contract.
