Description
Army Contracting Command - Rock Island, Pine Bluff Arsenal Contracting Office has a requirement for designing, fabrication, installation, integration and testing of an emergency generator at the White Phosphorus facility, Pine Bluff Arsenal in accordance with performance specifications TS-2010-ET-05. The type of contract is firm-fixed price. Place of performance is located within the White Phosphorus facility of Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff, Arkansas. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 238290 and business size is $14.0 MIL. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00 dollars. Award of contract is subject availability of funding. Acquisition shall be conducted pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The issued date for solicitation W911RP-11-R-0012 is on or about November 15, 2010 with a closing date on or about December 15, 2010. A pre-proposal conference is anticipated but not scheduled. Notice of the date of conference will be provided in the solicitation when it is issued. The solicitation, technical specifications and drawings will be posted to ASFI/FedBizopps when it is released. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. You may sign up on the Interested Vendors List to received automated notification from ASFI when changes are made to the posting; however, contractors are responsible to monitor this website for further information concerning this procurement. The resulting contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation requirements will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Offerors shall submit all technical questions regarding this solicitation to the Contracting Officer, in writing, no later than 20 days after issuance of this Request for Proposal (RFP). Questions may be sent via facsimile or email. Verbal questions will not be addressed. All responses to written questions, which may affect offers, will be incorporated into a written amendment to the solicitation. No electronic proposals will be accepted.
