- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-50. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 813312 and the business size standard is $7.0M employees. The Government intends to award one contract as a result of this solicitation. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. A firm-fixed-price contract will be awarded for this requirement. This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. M00318-11-T-0032 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to provide the Government the following services: Natural resources technical support services to help satisfy the operational objectives of Marine Corps Base (MCB) Hawaii, Environmental Compliance and Protection Department/Natural Resource section.
