- This synopsis has been posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://wps.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that the FBO is the simple point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitation to the Internet, NECO is the alternative in case the FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Philadelphia intends to procure both ruggedized Switchboard Pyrometers and Tachometers. Both items shall have a case size of 4 with a lead time no longer the 8 weeks from award of contract. This hardware procurement is set-a-side for 100% SMALL BUSINESS. A full Solicitation (RFQ) with complete specification breakdown will be available for download on April 11, 2011.
