- Project bid sheet. Request for Quote(s) for: Advanced Electrical Trade Supplies The Oneonta Job Corps Academy (OJCA) and Education & Training Resources (ETR); located at 21 Homer Folks Avenue, Oneonta, N.Y. 13820, 607-433-2111, are desirous of a fully insured supplier to submit a quote/bid on the items listed on the project bid sheet; and if successfully awarded the subject bids, to satisfactorily supply the requested items with in a agreed upon time frame. Potential bidders must obtain, and supply to OJCA, a Dunn & Bradstreet (DUNS) number to do business with a federal contract holder. Potential bidders must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to do business with a federal contract holder. Please see the attached project quote/bid sheet. Please fill it out as completely as possible. You do not have to bid on everything to be concidered. All items must be Energy Star compliant as well as EPEAT compliant where required by federal law. Any item that has a MSDS that applies to it must be shipped with a copy of the MSDS attached to the item.
