- BFI FEEDBACK PERIOD AFRL RVEP will be maintaining an open comment period through April 12, 2011, for the purpose of receiving Industry questions and input as it relates to the recent BFI, the associated presentation materials and subsequent clarifications (including Q&A). After April 12, AFRL will no longer accept feedback regarding the Presolicitation Announcement or the BFI and all further inquiries will be deferred until a solicitation notice is posted on the FBO website.
