Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: MO City: Kansas City Delineated Area: North: Highway 152 South: 39 th Street East: Interstate 435 West: Stateline Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 10,326 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 10,842 Space Type: Flex Office / Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total): 8 secured Parking Spaces (Surface): 8 secured Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 8 secured Full Term: Ten (10) years Firm Term: Five (5) years Additional Requirements: § Proposed building cannot house immigration, probations, public defenders, and/or social services within the building. § Proposed building cannot have metered or public parking directly in front, behind, or next to the building. § Proposed building must accommodate secured parking for tenant official vehicles at this facility. § Proposed building cannot be within 1,000 feet of residential areas, places of worship, schools, hospitals, prisons, abortion clinics, mental health clinics, drug rehabilitation clinics and/or daycare facilities. § Proposed office space cannot be located in a flood plain area, near power plants, electrical transformers, night clubs, bars or in close proximity to airport, radar dishes and aircraft flight paths. § Proposed office space cannot be located in a high crime area or an area that will necessitate more extensive and stringent building security than a generally progressive and alert neighborhood with a low crime rate. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
