- AMENDMENT 2 Page 41, "Feasibility Recommendations, Possible Design Options and Impact Analyses" section, replaced "aquaculture" referenced with "Corn Stover, Straw, and/or other Crop Residue". Page 43, "Government Furnished Documentation" section, replaced "aquaculture" reference with "Corn Stover, Straw, and/or other Crop Residue". Questions submitted are responded to: Q. I would like to collaborate with a University in order to be able to respond to the RFQ.A. Universities are considered large businesses. This is a Total Small Business Set Aside acquisition. Q. Can I do a SBIR type development with the University professors?A. This is not a research and development nor a SBIR type of acquisition.
