- Description
- The Contractor shall provide and maintain all management, manpower, training, equipment, supplies, licenses, permits, certificates, insurance, employment information, reports, and files necessary to accomplish armed security guard services at the MSRO. In addition the Contractor shall plan, schedule, coordinate and ensure effective performance of all services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards required in the Contract and will be expected to work closely with the FEMA Contracting Officer (hereinafter CO) and the Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (hereinafter COTR) throughout the duration of the service. There will be a site visit and meeting for all interested Offerors on April 12, 2011, at 9:00 a.m. at the Mississippi Recovery Office training facility. This acquisition is a 100% small business set aside for Mississippi vendors, as authorized by the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act of November 1988 (PL 93-288, as amended). Offers from non-qualified vendors will not be accepted. The RFQ and all pertinent documents relating to this solicitation will be issued on April 1, 2011.
