- This synopsis serves as notice that the Washington Headquarter Services/Acquisition Directorate has a requirement to provide additional landscaping plants to the United States Air Force Memorial site. The Boy Scouts of America will be providing the labor, to plant the materials as an Eagle Scout Project. In order for the Boy Scouts to successfully complete their assigned tasks, all plants shall be delivered on or before April 15Th, 2011. This requirement is a 100% small business set aside. This procurement will be a simplified acquisition, which is subject to FAR Part 13.The requirement will utilize NAICS code 111422(Flori-culture Production) which has a $25,000,000.00 dollar size standard. The award will be offered to the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable offeror. Vendors shall submit their pricing in electronic form, to the Contract Specialist listed in this synopsis. The solicitation for this requirement will be posted on 03/25/2011. Once the solicitation is posted, please reference the Statement of Work (SOW) for the requested items and any additional information.
