- This solicitation is no longer an Urgent and Compelling. By removing the Urgent and Compelling requirement a new synopsis needs to be issued along with a new issue and close date. Solicitation number is SPM4A6-11-R-1172. Purchase Request, 0040005161, NSN 5995-01-585-7957, Cable Assembly, Special Purpose, Electrical. Unit of issue is each. Solicitation is 100% Small Business Set-Aside, Full and Open competition after exclusion of sources. Non-Commercial and is not Critical Safety Item. The solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Quantity Contract. This procurement is for stock to W62G2T Tracy, CA and W25G1U, DDSP New Cumberland Facility, PA. Quantity is 11,421 each. The Requested delivery is 30 days ARO. Automated Best Value System/Past Performance Information Retrieval System (ABVS/PPIRS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. FOB is Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Anticipated issue date is April 8, 2011 with anticipated close date of May 09, 2011. Solicitation will NOT include a option.
