- Description
- The DLA Disposition Services intends to issue an unrestricted (full and open) Request for Quotations (RFQ) for providing professional laboratory services/testing for individuals identified as new employee hires and/or Emergency Essential (EE) personnel, to include the pre, post, and annual blood testing for the Hart-Dole-Inouye Federal Center. The main focus of the contract is to provide laboratory services, drawing blood for tests with same or next day processing of lab work. The location at which blood is drawn for the performance of the testing set forth under the Performance Work Statement (PWS) shall be within a five (5) mile radius of the Hart-Dole-Inouye Federal Center, 74 Washington Avenue North, Battle Creek, MI 49017-3092. Services shall be performed in accordance with 5 USC 7901, 5 USC 751, 5 USC 150, Health Services Administration Guide for Federal Occupational Health Units, and DRMS-I 4160-14. As a result of this solicitation, it is anticipated that a Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery - Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), non-personal services contract will be awarded providing for a twelve month base period, with 4 twelve month option periods. Offerors shall submit a quote for the total contract price on all Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) of the entire Bid Schedule. Offeror quotes determined to be responsive and responsible will be evaluated on the total contract price compared to the total contract price of the other responsible Offerors. Price will not be numerically scored, but it will be fully evaluated using price analysis techniques. It is anticipated that this solicitation will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fbo.gov not later than 31 March 2011. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to insure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. All quotes and the associated required documents shall be submitted by e-mail only to: OperationalContracting@dla.mil. No other methods of submission will be accepted.
