This kit is a Rotor Bolt Tool Kit, in accordance with (IAW) Hytorc Part Number HY-AMBR. There is an SSJ on file with Engineering that justifies this brand name part number. The estimated value of this acquisition is $27,000.00. This is not a solicitation or request for quote. The GSA has only one known source for this procurement that is in the government's best interest.
