- CLAUSES 11-Q-0055 SOW This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is SP4703-11-Q-0055 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This acquisition is a firm fixed price buy, 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Partial proposals will not be accepted. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423740. The small business size standard is 100 employees. The vendor shall provide all materials, equipment, tools and labor to perform the word described for the removal and replacement of Walk-in Cooler/Freezer in accordance with the attached Specifications of Work (SOW). Requirement also includes shipping arrangement of the Walk-in Cooler/Freezer to Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) at Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR-SIA). The requirement must be completed by not later than 30 days after effective date of the notice to proceed, unless otherwise coordinated and approved by the customer, Mr. Douglas Talley (804) 279-6999 and the contracting officer, Mrs. Sandra McGrory (804) 279-5326. Refer to the SOW for details of the requirement. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The following evaluation criteria are included in paragraph (a) of that provision. The contracting officer will make award based on price and price related factors. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror/Representation and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its proposal. A copy of this provision maybe downloaded from http://www.arnet.gov.far/loadmain52.html Award will be made to the lowest priced offeror that meets the requirements stated in the SOW and the solicitation. The vendor must be registered in the Central Contract Registration (CCR) prior to award. If not already registered, to access CCR go to the website, Business Partner Network bpn.gov) at www.bpn.gov to register prior to submitting your proposal. Proposals are due on April 25, 2011, 11:59 AM, EST. For applicable clauses and provisions, refer to list of applicable clauses attached.
