- Description
- The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to modify contract 200-2010-M-36258 to SATCO, Inc. for the sole source purchase of additional STACO C Containers. SATCO, Inc. is the only provider of these containers. This procurement will be processed under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. It is the Government's belief that only one responsible source exists and no other product or services will satisfy agency requirements. The following requirement is for the Division of Strategic National Stockpile (DSNS), Office of Public Health Preparedness and Response (OPHPR). The purpose of this contract modification is to purchase 31 additional containers. No solicitation is being issued.
